COVID19 Policies

Our cancellation policy will be waived until

November 30, 2020. However, you are still asked to be courteous of our time and the time of our other guests when arriving for your appointments. Please continue to arrive early. 




-The waiting area will not be available to guests during this time.


-Ample time will be scheduled in between every guest appointment to allow for proper sanitation and disinfection with FDA & EPA approved products, which are effective for SARS & COVID.


-Hand sanitizer will be available for all guests, please use it as you come in. 


-Guests MUST wear a mask, or one will be provided for them. No exceptions.


-Every single item the guest comes in contact with will be disinfected including high touch areas, such as door handles, chairs, and hand rests.


-All single-use items will be properly disposed of.


-Proper PPE will be worn at all times during procedures, and changed for every new guest appointment.

Cancellation / Late / NoShow Policy


Your appointment is very important. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We ask that you be courteous with our time and that of our other clients by arriving 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure we start on time. We will have to cancel your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking for services valued at $150 or more. Your deposit is non-refundable but transferable within 45 days. Please note that you will forfeit your deposit if you miss your appointment without prior notification, No Call/No Show. 

Future Appointment Cancelation Policy: 

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service canceled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Practice & Safety 

We’ll take time and carefully go over every detail to make sure you're at ease every step of the way. We will not move forward with any part of your appointment until you are 100% happy with the measured & pre-drawn shapes, and color choice.


Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We do not have any control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results after your first included touch up. Additional charges will apply to 12-24 week touch-ups or annual appointments.





If your eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, or scalp have been previously tattooed and you are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST have a consultation prior to your procedure appointment. Please understand results for cases such as these cannot be guaranteed, and we must make sure that these areas are workable. There are some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or too large. In such cases, tattoo lightening, or removal would be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged as an entirely new appointment.
